Reviews Dog Daycare Boston

Jane,
I just took this and wanted to share with you. As soon as we got home from picking Gia up from Fenway Bark, she was ready to eat and go to bed. We can tell she sure had a great stay. It's so nice coming home tired from a trip (or work during the week) and Gia be ready to relax too! Thanks to you and the rest of the staff for taking such great care of her, as always!

We will see you guys soon!
Ashlyn

To our dearest friends at Fenway Bark and in particular Jane,

We have only now just got our lives back in order after a very tricky couple of months and Rockywanted to write to say how wonderful you all were in helping us with Rocky's arrival in Boston. Put simply we would have been utterly helpless with out your generosity in not only taking Rocky in but also putting us in contact with a Vet and providing fantastic advice to a total novice (me!) in how to bring up a feisty young pup . My wife, Geraldine, and Rocky are now utterly inseperable, and the happiness and character he has brought to our home have helped her recovery immeasurably. In fact as I write this he is bouncing in and out of my lap playing with the toy we bought from FB!

We will forever be in debt to Fenway Bark, and truly believe that it is such a special place, and can't wait to visit again, Thanks to you all,

Fergus, Geraldine and of course Rocky! xxx

We are so happy with Fenway Bark. Sophie clearly had an excellent vacation and cannotSophie wait for future visits and daycare! I am thrilled with the level of care Sophie received and she absolutely loves your staff. We are very much looking forward to future visits.

TrumpetI just don’t know where to begin except to say THANK YOU and that the Fenway Bark staff is AMAZING! Our holiday trip was only supposed to be 4 days but due to weather it ended up being a 9-day trip. With the stress of trying to get home, I did not once have to worry about our dog Trumpet, because I knew she was in great hands! We loved and really appreciated the photo and email updates on how Trump was doing and how much fun she was having at Fenway Bark! I also really want to thank the staff for the compassion and great care they showed for Trump when her allergies got really bad and eventually needed to be taken to the vet in the middle of a blizzard!!! We were kept informed of her situation before, during and after her trip to the vet and cant not express our gratitude the staff showed our favorite pup. When we finally got back to Boston and picked Trumpet up today, I could tell that she had been well cared for, spoiled really, and had made a lot of great friends (I think a part of her didn’t want to leave them)!!! I highly recommend Fenway Bark and will definitely being using them again for boarding and are looking forward to the training classes they offer. Thanks again for everything!!! Elise, Tim and Trumpie Elise

I wanted to let you know how extremely impressed we were with the facility and staff during our multiple visits over there. I know you had a long, hard battle to get Fenway Bark open. From my experience so far, you have done a wonderful job! I really hope that all works out with Gia in Daycare. I think it will be good for her, but we’ll see what she thinks about all that. After meeting with Trisha, I am very confident that Gia will have the best initial exposure to the experience as possible. We did tour the other available daycare/boarding options in the city, to make sure that we were finding the best possible place for her. I can honestly say that I would not be comfortable anywhere else in town. There are some very nice places, but nowhere that I feel would be right for a smaller dog. Also, there was nowhere else with a staff that I felt was as up to par as Fenway. That is a huge factor, as they are the ones making decisions and taking care of my little pup. From my first phone conversation with Carmen (who, I would love to point out, was sooo wonderful and knowledgeable, that I think I already had my mind made up at that point), to our drop-in visit, to Gia’s tryout with Trisha (also amazing), it was all a great experience, and made me feel very comfortable with the decision to trust my little world with you guys.

I am happy to report that we found Stryker and Tina to be in great shape (thanks to the groomer) and in good spirits when we picked them up yesterday evening.  All of your staff are wonderful.  Congratulations on the success of your new venture!

Boo was so full of energy last evening. He was barking and barking and bringing me his toys to play fetch with him. On the ride home after picking him up he remained alert for a bit and then slept. I have never seen him so "okay" after a boarding experience. This morning, while my husband and I were eating breakfast, Boo was standing on his hind legs on the couch and looking out the window -- and when he saw a dog walk by, he just got so excited. We feel hopeful that Boo may come to realize he is a dog and can have fun being with other dogs.

Thank you for your doggie insights and the kind dog-lovers who work at Fenway Bark.

Appreciatively,

Kathleen S

I think Fenway Bark was a great place to take Pluto. The 24/7 staffing and the fact that I could see Pluto on Skype was reassuring! It was very clean and I liked that they gave him a goodie bag on the way out. Pluto doesn't like to be away from home, but this was a good place! The vet and health check beforehand was great as well!I am going to also send a thank you card to the staff.

Thanks Jane--I took some video of Boo playing with Jackson and Gizmo when I dropped him off  He really was more into playing with them than saying good-by to me, which is what warms the heart of any dog mother.--so nice to see him becoming self reliant with him own genus and species. You all do such good work at Fenway Bark.

Kathleen
